Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced machine learning models for predictive analytics and pattern recognition
- Leverage big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) to process terabytes of structured/unstructured data
- Translate business requirements into robust data science solutions with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior scientists and conduct peer reviews to maintain engineering excellence

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's in Computer Science, Statistics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience building production ML systems at scale
