Responsibilities

- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define data-driven roadmap initiatives.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden revenue-generating patterns.
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate model performance and business impact.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to our internal AI research documentation.
- Automate data pipelines to streamline ETL workflows and improve data quality.
- Present complex technical findings to executive stakeholders using compelling visualizations.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, specifically focused on predictive modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PySpark or Scala is a plus.
- Strong background in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven expertise in cloud-based platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
