Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and optimization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to drive product decisions
- Develop real-time dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for data engineering teams
- Present findings to C-suite executives using compelling data visualizations
- Stay current with emerging AI/ML techniques through applied research
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with Python/R and SQL
- Proficiency in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, clustering)
- Experience with data visualization tools and business intelligence platforms
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio of 3+ successful data science projects with measurable impact
