Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines to solve high-impact business problems.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to identify opportunities for data-driven optimization.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover actionable insights.
- Architect and maintain robust A/B testing frameworks for feature performance validation.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a high-performance, collaborative engineering environment.
- Present complex technical findings to executive stakeholders through intuitive data storytelling.
- Monitor and improve the accuracy, reliability, and latency of production-deployed models.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow) and advanced SQL.
- Expertise in cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Strong background in experimental design, causal inference, and hypothesis testing.
- Experience deploying scalable machine learning models in a production environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on technical leadership.
