Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models to solve complex business problems
- Translate unstructured data into actionable recommendations for C-suite executives
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from prototype to production deployment
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into scalable cloud infrastructure
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews

Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with Python/R and SQL
- Expertise in statistical modeling and ML algorithms (XGBoost, neural networks, NLP)
- Proven track record deploying production-grade ML pipelines on AWS/GCP

- PhD or Master's in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
