Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for predictive analytics and business intelligence

- Develop scalable data pipelines and ETL processes for large-scale datasets
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster collaborative data culture

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Proven ability to translate technical insights into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with executive-level presentation experience
