Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for predictive analytics and business forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data solutions
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and conduct rigorous statistical analysis
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Python, R, and Tableau
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data modeling
- Present findings to executive stakeholders and translate technical results into business impact
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven portfolio of ML projects
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and R programming languages
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
- PhD or equivalent research experience preferred
