Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into the core platform.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends and generate actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and real-time inference.
- Mentor junior data scientists and advocate for best practices in code quality and model validation.
- Perform A/B testing and experiment design to optimize product performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, with a proven track record of shipping production-grade models.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep familiarity with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong SQL skills and extensive experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, AWS Redshift).
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, optimization techniques, and statistical modeling.
