Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and business metrics
- Partner with product, marketing, and operations teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Develop automated ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize business strategies and measure ROI
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or analytics role
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for data manipulation
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical stakeholders
