Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Design and conduct advanced data analyses to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that directly impact revenue and operational efficiency.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Database Management: Write complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets; collaborate with DBAs to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical models and provide clear, data-driven recommendations.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data workflows and propose automation solutions to improve efficiency and data quality.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to support long-term strategic planning and market trend analysis.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field; Master’s degree is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL); hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation; strong Excel skills.
- Visualization: Proven track record creating compelling data visualizations in Tableau or PowerBI.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences; strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
