Responsibilities
- Drive Strategic Insights: Design and execute complex data analysis projects to identify trends, opportunities, and risks that directly impact business growth.
- Visualization & Reporting: Develop intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize KPIs and communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Data Engineering Support: Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
- Forecasting & Modeling: Build predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and support long-term strategic planning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and marketing leads to define success metrics and track performance against goals.
- Process Improvement: Identify and automate manual reporting processes to increase team efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization Tools: Strong command of Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Statistical Knowledge: Deep understanding of statistical methods, A/B testing, and regression analysis.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear business insights.
