Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated dashboards and KPI trackers using Tableau and SQL.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify product optimization and user growth opportunities.
- Formulate hypotheses, design rigorous A/B test frameworks, and analyze experiment results.
- Build and optimize data pipelines and data models in collaboration with our Data Engineering team.
- Present clear, data-driven recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and quality through robust validation and continuous performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced SQL skills, including writing complex queries, window functions, and query optimization.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation, statistical analysis, and scripting.
- Proven experience designing interactive dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and A/B test methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
