We are looking for a candidate who is not only technically proficient but also a clear communicator who can bridge the gap between data teams and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting.
- Create interactive and intuitive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate manual reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce errors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in Data Analysis or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift).
- A bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a passion for accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate technical data into business value.
