- Collaborate closely with underwriting teams and actuaries to translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
- Design and implement automated reporting dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Ensure strict compliance with industry regulations (e.g., NAIC, state laws) and internal data governance policies.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate pricing models and policy structures.
- Mentor junior analysts and provide technical guidance on data architecture and SQL optimization.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques (e.g., regression, clustering).
- Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
