Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex financial analyses to support key business initiatives and regulatory reporting.
- Develop and maintain advanced SQL queries and Python scripts to automate data extraction and transformation processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, and Product) to identify trends and mitigate financial risks.
- Create interactive, high-level dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize KPIs for executive leadership.
- Lead data quality assurance initiatives and ensure 100% accuracy in financial forecasting models.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, persuasive manner.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial services or banking sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and experience with BI tools (Tableau or Power BI).
- Advanced Excel skills, including VBA and complex formulas.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Deep understanding of financial regulations, including FCA guidelines and GDPR compliance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and derive actionable insights.
