We're seeking a passionate Senior Data Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making across our rapidly growing fintech platform. As a key member of our Analytics division, you'll uncover hidden patterns, build predictive models, and present compelling visualizations that directly impact our product roadmap and customer experience.
This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week while collaborating with our state-of-the-art San Francisco headquarters. You'll work with cutting-edge technologies including Snowflake, Python, and Tableau to solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data requirements and KPIs
- Present findings to cross-functional teams and translate complex data into actionable recommendations
- Maintain data quality frameworks and implement automated monitoring systems
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- MSc in Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
