Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks to validate hypotheses
- Create automated reporting systems to track KPIs and performance metrics

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 4+ years of progressive data analysis experience

- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
