Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau/Looker to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical specifications for the data engineering team.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify bottlenecks and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with product managers to design, execute, and analyze A/B testing frameworks.
- Conduct predictive modeling to forecast user churn and revenue growth.
- Present monthly data insights to the executive board to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain data hygiene and integrity across all production-level databases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Hands-on experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or AWS Redshift).
- Advanced data visualization skills using Looker, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and probability distributions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on executive reporting.
