Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Design and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau or Looker to provide real-time visibility into KPIs.
- Partner with cross-functional product and engineering teams to define success metrics for new features.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to troubleshoot anomalies and uncover root causes of business fluctuations.
- Present high-level insights to stakeholders and executive leadership to influence strategic decision-making.
- Develop and refine SQL queries to optimize data retrieval and improve reporting efficiency.
- Conduct A/B testing analysis to validate product hypotheses and optimize user experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift).
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to script in Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with statistical modeling and hypothesis testing in a professional setting.
