Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and measure impact
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection and pipeline efficiency
- Present findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Lead data quality initiatives and establish best practices for data governance
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven impact in SaaS or tech
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy) with experience in data cleaning/transformation
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
