Responsibilities

- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- A/B test hypotheses and communicate findings to executive leadership
- Maintain data quality standards and improve data governance processes
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience in tech or e-commerce
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling and experimental design capabilities
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
- Excellent communication skills with executive stakeholders
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or equivalent preferred
