Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems (Power BI/Tableau) for KPI tracking
- Partner with product teams to conduct A/B tests and analyze user behavior data
- Create statistical models for forecasting and scenario analysis
- Present data visualizations and recommendations to C-level executives
- Optimize data collection processes and ensure data quality standards
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Power BI/Tableau)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design expertise
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and big data tools
