Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple warehouse sources.
- Design and deploy automated dashboards and reporting frameworks using tools like Tableau or Power BI to track key performance indicators.
- Partner with cross-functional product and marketing teams to identify trends, conduct A/B testing, and optimize conversion funnels.
- Translate technical findings into clear, concise, and compelling presentations for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Develop predictive models and perform deep-dive analysis to identify root causes of business challenges.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data integrity, documentation, and visualization standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL; experience with Python or R for data manipulation is highly preferred.
- Expertise in data visualization software (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Proven ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.
- Strong analytical mindset with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a significant plus.
