Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, user behavior patterns, and optimization opportunities.
- Partner with Product Managers and Engineering to define event tracking requirements and data schemas.
- Build and automate complex SQL queries to extract data from Snowflake for stakeholder reporting.
- Translate complex data findings into compelling narratives and visual presentations for the executive leadership team.
- Perform A/B testing analysis to support product feature rollouts and growth experiments.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring source-of-truth reliability across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or product analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience working with cloud data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI).
- Strong proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and data manipulation.
- Experience in designing and analyzing controlled experiments (A/B testing).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
