Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau and Looker to provide real-time visibility into key performance indicators.
- Translate complex business requirements into technical data specifications for engineering teams.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for revenue growth.
- Design and evaluate A/B experiments to optimize product features and user engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in Product, Marketing, and Sales to drive data-informed strategies.
- Perform rigorous data cleansing and validation to ensure the integrity of our analytical reporting.
- Develop predictive models to forecast churn and customer lifetime value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data warehousing.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL, with a strong ability to write optimized queries for complex datasets.
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI).
- Proven proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
- Strong understanding of data architecture and database schema design (Snowflake/BigQuery preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
