Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling techniques to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to track KPIs and monitor performance metrics across departments
- Collaborate with product teams to design experiments and analyze A/B test results
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven storytelling presentations
- Implement data governance frameworks to ensure data quality and compliance standards
- Mentor junior analysts and foster a culture of data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and predictive modeling
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence non-technical stakeholders
- Certification in Tableau, Google Analytics, or similar data tool preferred
