Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through compelling visual narratives
- Automate reporting workflows and maintain data quality frameworks
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in tech/finance sectors
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Advanced knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
- Proven experience building scalable ETL processes and data models
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate insights to strategy
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics platforms preferred
