Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud technologies
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate product hypotheses
- Create predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Translate complex data findings into actionable business recommendations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate analytics into product features
- Maintain data quality standards and implement data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SaaS or tech companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL (complex joins, window functions, optimization)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn)
- Advanced visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI
- Proven track record of translating analytics into business impact
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
