Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct A/B tests and statistical analysis to guide product improvements
- Translate technical findings into executive-ready presentations
- Maintain data governance frameworks and ensure quality standards
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data analysis with fintech or SaaS experience
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift)
- Strong business acumen to align technical outputs with commercial goals
- MS in Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred
