Responsibilities
- Data Processing: Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to clean and transform large datasets.
- Visualization: Create compelling, interactive dashboards using Power BI and Tableau to visualize KPIs and trends for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
- Reporting: Present findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and visually engaging manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and engineers to define data requirements and improve data architecture.
- Tool Optimization: Stay current with industry best practices and recommend new tools or methodologies to improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization: Demonstrated experience creating dashboards in Power BI or Tableau.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
