As a key member of our Analytics Division, you'll work directly with executive stakeholders to design scalable data solutions, implement advanced analytical frameworks, and present findings to C-suite leadership. This hybrid role offers flexibility while maintaining core collaboration hours in our state-of-the-art downtown San Francisco office.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated ETL pipelines to process 10M+ daily data points from diverse sources
- Design and execute A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize marketing campaigns
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards that track KPIs across business units
- Perform statistical modeling to forecast market trends and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and quality
- Present insights to stakeholders through executive-level storytelling and visualizations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record of driving business impact
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and R
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and experimental design
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
