- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify actionable business insights
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to optimize marketing campaigns and product features
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance metrics
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven presentations
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance and analytical rigor
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection and quality frameworks
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, statistics, or related quantitative field
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and at least one visualization tool (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong background in statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience translating business questions into analytical methodologies
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating data storytelling and impactful visualizations
