Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain robust data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Collaborate with engineering teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality standards
- Translate complex findings into actionable recommendations for C-level executives
- Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data projects and business outcomes
