Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) in real-time.
- Develop complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from Snowflake and BigQuery environments.
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify customer churn patterns and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to design, execute, and analyze A/B tests for high-traffic platforms.
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-suite executives through high-quality visualizations and executive summaries.
- Maintain data integrity by identifying and troubleshooting discrepancies within our data warehouse and ETL pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL for data extraction, cleaning, and transformation.
- Hands-on experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical modeling and data manipulation.
- Proven track record of building sophisticated data visualizations that drive business action.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
