Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau and Looker to track key performance metrics.
- Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Translate complex data findings into compelling business narratives for executive leadership.
- Design and execute A/B tests to optimize user experience and feature performance.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipeline quality and integrity.
- Automate reporting processes to increase team efficiency and accuracy.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for SQL performance and statistical modeling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (window functions, CTEs) and Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional partners.
- Experience working in a cloud environment (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is highly preferred.
