- Translate complex findings into compelling narratives that influence C-level decision-making
- Automate reporting processes to deliver real-time insights across 15+ business units
- Mentor junior analysts while establishing data governance frameworks and best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with demonstrated impact in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling techniques and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
