Responsibilities
- Design and maintain automated dashboards to track KPIs and operational health.
- Partner with product management and engineering to define success metrics for new features.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and user behaviors.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, executive-level summaries and presentations.
- Standardize data reporting protocols to ensure cross-departmental consistency and integrity.
- Advise on A/B testing methodologies to optimize user conversion and engagement rates.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling and SQL query optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data engineering.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Demonstrated experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong grasp of statistical modeling, hypothesis testing, and probability concepts.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and communicate insights effectively.
- Experience working in cloud-based data environments like AWS Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake.
