Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Partner with product teams to conduct A/B tests and provide data-backed recommendations for feature improvements
- Develop automated data pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility across departments
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise storytelling with actionable recommendations
- Monitor market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities with executive stakeholders
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
