Responsibilities
- Design and execute end-to-end data analysis projects using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau to visualize key business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven opportunities for process optimization
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Present analytical findings to stakeholders through compelling data storytelling
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines for accuracy and efficiency
- mentor junior analysts and contribute to best practice documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience in a corporate setting
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for data manipulation
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex insights for non-technical audiences
