Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable dashboards using Tableau and Looker to track key performance indicators.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear data specifications for engineering teams.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on user behavior to identify growth opportunities and churn risks.
- Conduct A/B testing frameworks to validate product feature rollouts.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Marketing, and Sales to deliver cross-functional insights.
- Automate recurring data reports to improve operational efficiency.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data visualization and SQL optimization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Expert-level proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proven ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical executive audiences.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
- Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
