Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, clean, and analyze high-volume datasets.
- Develop and automate interactive dashboards using Tableau or Looker to provide real-time business performance visibility.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends, outliers, and opportunities for product optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product, to design A/B tests and evaluate feature performance.
- Transform technical findings into compelling presentations for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure data integrity and quality across all internal reporting pipelines.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling and statistical rigor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 4+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL is non-negotiable; comfortable with window functions, joins, and complex CTEs.
- Strong experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Proven expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data narratives clearly.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
