Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Design, build, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to track performance metrics in real-time.
- Perform rigorous data cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to ensure data integrity.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate product changes and marketing campaigns.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive leadership in a clear and concise manner.
- Identify trends and anomalies in data to drive strategic business growth.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus.
