Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on quality and speed.
  • Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk).
