Responsibilities
- Handle high-volume inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on quality and speed.
- Resolve complex customer issues and complaints with empathy, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in CRM systems (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Technical, Sales, Billing) to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and propose process improvements to management.
- Adhere to all compliance standards and company call scripts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field; 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or Customer Service role is highly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Native or Fluent level).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including night shifts and weekends if required.
