Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with a focus on first-contact resolution.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our SaaS platform.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to escalate and document recurring bugs.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Update customer records accurately within our CRM systems.
- Act as a product champion by providing feedback based on customer needs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Success or Technical Support.
- Strong understanding of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
