Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic success plans for top-tier enterprise accounts, focusing on adoption and expansion
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and upsell/cross-sell solutions to existing clients
- Act as primary point of contact for VIP accounts, resolving escalations with empathy and efficiency
- Analyze usage data to deliver actionable insights that enhance client outcomes
- Collaborate with product and sales teams to champion client feedback and drive product innovation
- Lead quarterly business reviews with C-level stakeholders to demonstrate ROI and strategic alignment
- Mentor junior team members on advanced client engagement techniques
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management with enterprise clients
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and growth targets (85%+ retention rate)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
- SaaS platform experience with CRM and analytics tools (Salesforce, Gainsight)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret usage data and business metrics
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM, CCXP) preferred
- Experience working with remote/distributed teams in a fast-paced environment
