Responsibilities
- Develop and execute personalized success plans for top-tier enterprise accounts
- Proactively identify expansion opportunities through deep product usage analysis
- Collaborate with product teams to translate client feedback into actionable insights
- Lead onboarding initiatives for new enterprise clients with 90-day acceleration plans
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with C-suite stakeholders
- Champion customer advocacy through case studies and testimonial programs
- Maintain 95%+ customer satisfaction score across assigned portfolio
Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and expansion targets
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot) and analytics tools
- Certification in Customer Success Management (CSM) preferred
- Exceptional communication skills with executive-level experience
- Data proficiency with ability to derive insights from customer metrics
- Experience managing enterprise accounts with $50K+ ARR
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
