Responsibilities
- Client Interaction: Manage high-volume inbound and outbound communications via phone, email, and live chat with empathy and professionalism.
- Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns efficiently, escalating complex technical issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce/Zendesk).
- Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams, providing valuable feedback on product usability and service improvements.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of support scripts, FAQs, and knowledge base articles to enhance self-service options.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional customer service experience in a remote or high-volume call center environment.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; native-level proficiency in English.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to think critically and de-escalate tense situations.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
