Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and empathy.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while adhering to company scripts and quality assurance standards.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and relevant information into our CRM system.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to maintain high service standards.
- Participate in daily training sessions and team huddles to stay updated on product knowledge.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a BPO or customer-facing role.
- High School Graduate or equivalent (College degree is a plus).
- Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
- Strong typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work on shifting schedules, including night shifts and weekends.
