Responsibilities
- Manage high volumes of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a professional demeanor.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently while maintaining a high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) score.
- Accurately document all customer interactions and account information in the CRM system in real-time.
- Identify and escalate complex technical or policy issues to the appropriate team or supervisor.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Proactively update product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer support environment.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) with excellent grammar and pronunciation.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup (if remote hybrid).
