- Maintain a deep knowledge base of our product suite to answer queries accurately.
Who you are:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar).
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
